निवड प्रक्रिया :
- पदांसाठी निवड संगणक आधारित चाचणी (CBT) आणि मुलाखत किंवा मुलाखत किंवा दोन्हीद्वारे केली जाईल. त्याच करील पात्र उमेदवारांना अॅडमिट कार्ड/कॉल लेटर, ईमेल/एसएमएस आणि SAIL वेबसाइटद्वारे कळवा. जर CBT केले जाईल, कॉल लेटर डाउनलोड करण्यासाठी सेलच्या वेबसाइटवर उपलब्ध असेल.
- CBT च्या बाबतीत, 2 विभागांमध्ये 100 बहुपर्यायी प्रश्न असतील, म्हणजे 50 तांत्रिक/व्यावसायिक ज्ञानावर. आणि अभियोग्यता चाचणीवर 50. CBT मध्ये किमान पात्रता गुण ओबीसी/अनारिक्षित पदासाठी 50 टक्के गुण असावेत आणि आरक्षित पदांविरुद्ध अनुसूचित जाती/जमातींसाठी 40 टक्के गुण. उमेदवारांना गुणवत्तेच्या क्रमाने मुलाखतीसाठी निवडले जाईल, प्रत्येक पोस्ट/शिस्तीसाठी 1:3 च्या गुणोत्तराने. असे आलेले कट-ऑफ गुण एकापेक्षा जास्त उमेदवारांना मिळाले असल्यास, सर्व त्यापैकी मुलाखतीसाठी बोलावले जाईल. मुलाखतीत कोणतेही पात्रता गुण असणार नाहीत. अंतिम निवडीसाठी, गुणवत्ता यादी असेल अनुक्रमे 80:20 च्या वेटेजसह CBT आणि मुलाखतीचे गुण एकत्र करून काढले जावे. PWD/ESM उमेदवार त्यांच्या संबंधित जाती/श्रेणीमध्ये पात्र असणे आवश्यक आहे. जर, कट-ऑफ गुणांमध्ये टाय असेल तर, उमेदवार जास्त असेल पात्रता पात्रतेतील गुण निवडले जातील.
- जर निवड केवळ मुलाखतीद्वारे केली जाईल, तर किमान पात्रता गुण अनारक्षित पदांसाठी 50% आणि 40% असतील. SC/ST/OBC (NCL) साठी राखीव पदे.

- अर्ज करताना उमेदवाराकडे वैध ई-मेल आयडी आणि मोबाइल नंबर असणे आवश्यक आहे आणि तोपर्यंत तो सक्रिय ठेवावा. SAIL-RSP च्या वतीने महत्त्वाचे संदेश प्राप्त करण्यासाठी भरती प्रक्रिया पूर्ण करणे.
- पात्र आणि इच्छुक उमेदवारांनी विहित अर्जानुसार त्यांचे रीतसर भरलेले अर्ज सादर करावेत
- FORMAT, फक्त कॅपिटल अक्षरात सुबकपणे टाईप केलेले आणि साध्या A4 आकाराच्या कागदावर मुद्रित केलेले, तपशीलवार तपशील. अर्ज फॉरमॅट म्हणजे “आरएसपी मधील एक्झिक्युटिव्हच्या भरतीसाठी अर्ज जाहिराती विरुद्ध. नाही. 09/2023” अंतर्गत उपलब्ध आहे
